Default Tension bolt

Sooo....

i'm sure you guys can guess what happened. but my question is. what hte hell are the sizes of those bolts?!?!
the reason they were stripped in the first place is because the nut i got for them is too small.

damn home depot and lowes people. they didn't even know what a metric system is.

all i need to know is the size of the nut that goes on them...or if anybody has a pair of those bolts and nuts ill buy it from you. or else im getting htem from the dealership.

Get new bolts unless you are really good with a die but the right one is toast - not enough thread left to clean it up. Get the nuts from the dealer too or get a mm ruler and measure how many threads per cm and divide by ten to get the thread pitch per mm.

i talked to the dealer earlier, they have no idea what size the bolts and nuts are...because the nuts are welded onto the stock flange.

i was going to get hte bolts tomorrow. but im still on my own with the nut, and in the dark as well. i will try the ruler method...but im still unsure as to whether or not lowes or home depot will have any idea what i'm talking about

ACE hardware recently added a big assortment of american and metric hardware - try there. Metric nuts and bolts don't have as many varities of thread pitch as american nuts do just make sure it screws on by hand all the way on without any effort and is NOT loose and it should be the right size.

the nuts are welded onto the stock flange?
If that's the case, i should still have mine, cause I KNOW I didn't bust any welds when i installed my Injen Axleback.
I'll take a look tonight to see if I have them, and I'll give you a call.
