I found out about the color changing climate control like 3 months after i got it. Just now found out what social seating is. And it took 2 years for scion to realize that if the radio has a cover put controls on the steering wheel. 04 and 05 don't have that. Tabs in the hatch fall off easily.

The shopping bag hooks in the rear cabin is handy for groceries.

Also, to be comfortable with the clutch pedal, I have to move my seat up much more than I did when I drove slushies (duh). This makes getting out really hard, especially with my long legs... I have to always slide out backwards and to the side... anyways, a weird way, because 1) I can't open the door enough usually and 2) the steering column gets in the way.

Oh well, its something I can live with, I guess. I'm not complaining too much. Once I find and buy some of those door edge guard thingies, I think it'll become a little easier
I have that same problem... everytime I get out of the car I have to twist and turn so I wont kick the bottom of my door or bang my knee on the steering wheel... hence the bottom of my door is the dirtiest part of my car

Found out about 2 weeks after that the radio door has rats. You open it and the rats disappear, you close it and they come back.

How do you do the tc, xa, and xb modes on the car?
p.s. This is the best thread ever.

I found out like 1 month after I had the car that the auto dimming mirror lights could change colors or turn off all together!

with the radio on, press and hold the SSP button for 5 seconds, you'll hear a beep and the screen should say "Car Type tC" use the volume button/**** to change it to "Car Type xA" or "Car Type xB"

I found that some people need to read (and read again) the owners manual, lol.

I think the best thing I found was SL. Found a lot of things I wouldn’t have found otherwise.

o yea, i forgot, you only get a limited time to enter your custom message, after time is up, the cursor dissappears, you just have to repeat the steps and the cursor will appear where you left off so you can continue your text.

I found out tC owners bicker with each other like little girls. They are much like Honda owners in that they constantly look down on everyone else because they think their car is the ****.

I do agree on the bickering part!

It is pretty sad, my friend... sad indeed

I was able to put a 8 or 10 foot ladder inside the car (fold the seats) and was able to close the hatch.

My experience is actually the similarly opposite.

Some xb drivers I find are haters when they see a tC. I was trying to merge in the freeway and this pile of crap box wouldn't let me in. He tried to accelerate to prevent me from getting in. I punched the throttle and left him behind and moved in his lane Once we were going like 70 (he was pathetically trying to tailgate me), I braked hard to like 30, ____ed him off... I saw him yelling gunned the throttle again, and again he tried to catch me and he got smaller and smaller from my rear view mirror. I'm surprised his engine didn't explode from working it that hard
