Dude it's the freaking person who did it. Go back to the tint shop and make them redo it, it's their problem, and if they say it isn't, tell them you're gonna make it their problem with a few phone calls.

They could have installed it incorrectly, does it look flush or does it look like it was installed a tad too close?

If I were you, I'd take the door panel off (it just popps off... like everything else does with out car). Check the weatherstrip. When I got my tint done, my windows were all screwed up, I couldn't even close them. The guy that did my tC apparently didn't pay attention to how the weatherstrip went on, so he put it on wrong and thus, caused my problem.

Just check it out yourself.

yea.. it's the weatherstripping sticking to the window/tint.. making it hard to roll up and down.. causing the sound.. i dont know how to take it off... should i take it back to the dealer? do you think they would fix it? ... i took it back to the dealer before, and they just blamed it on the chemical of the tint.. they couldve fixed it....

also, another problem with the tint... the solution or whatever that the guy used.. there's some of it left on my door panel.. and i can't seem to get it off.. do you know what i can use to wipe it off?

then that's the tinter's problem. They should fix it themselves (the tinters).

The dealer WILL fix it, but they will charge you since it's not warranty work.

I'd take it back to the tinter, if you can actually trust them to touch your car again (I personally wouldn't), or you can fix it yourself.
