allblackxb has a turbo. . . yup yup. Seen it, heard it, drove BEHIND it.
Quite easily the fastest xB I've ever seen, and did he mention that he's running an auto?

you guys got some good ___ crack thinking 100 horse is cool on stock internals, or pushing 10 psi on stocks.....for that evena built motor would almost need to be driven on 100 oct all the time....and that chit is expensive....my kit starts mid oct with the goal of 150 to the wheels at 6 psi...joe and i have talked and im not bull____ing here above that you will need rods and such....but the other question remains is how the trannies will hold up, our little axels cvs and driveshafts were not meant for that kind of tourqe....this will be the downfall for those who boost....and to add the gearing will be short lived....that much power will make the 5th feel more like 4th.....so 1/4 people might be asses out but those of us (me) who plan on road racing "might" be ok.....bvut if this dont work im gonna go 1zz with 6speed smg......that has a nice ring to it =doesnt it....well ill keep everyone posted on my progress\

ps if you build it big it will go boom....only time will tell how long it will last

sorry if there is sonfusion, i dont have my kit yet....we start building it at my work....we have a in house fabricator and engine builder i am speaking on his knowladge and the claculations we have done....we are shooting for 150 on the turbo kit....then i have a second motor in the shop that is being stroked and bored to 1772 ccs so basically a 1.8 only then is the goal of 200 plus possible. we are shooting for 220 at the wheels at 7 psi...maybe 250 at 9psi.....but we dont know if it will handle it

thats exactly what i'm thinking...once someone has some upgraded rods and pistons...basically upgraded internals...then i'll think about boosting...unless someone can tell me i can run 6-7psi as a daily driver...and i mean putting over 100 miles a day...with boost...

soo till that day comes...i'm chilling...but someone...please get on da ball and create some internals...

as of right now all rods will have to be custom....tht is unless there is another application that will work, which is doubtful so as of now im guessing everything will be custom, ill keep everyone updated with my progress
