vehicle title question

vehicle title question

So I just paid off my tC...yay! Got the title today and under model it says SXC, WTF is that?! So Im guessing I need to have it corrected. Who do I talk to? The Tax Office? The Dealer? I doubt it's the bank. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

You have to probably talk to the state/DMV. They're the ones that issue the titles, I believe.

either them or on the title should be a number to call. You can either let your bank or credit union know. I just moved to our loan dept at the local credit union i work at and they should go off of the contract from what the dealer sent. It could just be the states fault which 99.9% of the time it is.
