we are looking for ideas for a vented hood for the tC. Post pictures of hoods you think would flow good with the tC.

IMO the only way to go.

 

the only vented hood that i ever liked from factory was the old gen. mazda rx-7 turbo II IMO, it was the best looking factory hood scoop

 

Theres this pic on the internet of a gray-ish photoshoped Scion tC with a widebody kit, they had this hood with a long narrow vent above the windshield spray nozzles that covered about 60-70% of the area in the middle. I can't find it for the life of me tho.

I was actually thinking a hood that "RESEMBLES" not is a SRT-4's hood scoop...

evo hood

 

the cars that have the vents need the vents... the tc's a 4 cylinder and i know the effects of heat on an engine but an aston martin better have vents and that x5's not much of a slouch in the engine size department either... if i see an evo hood on a tC in real life i might lose my lunch
