I ordered my RS 1.0 tC 2 weeks ago and I've been told by the dealership that it is in port in Newark, NJ. I was told that I was lucky to have ordered when I did. The wait times is now over 2 months for any tC, according to what my dealer told me. The wait is agonizing, especially since it is not that far away. I hope it arrives at the dealership by Friday so I could enjoy it next weekend.

I'll post pics as soon as I get the car. Just wanted to share my feelings with fellow tC owners and future owners.

 

yea dude, walked on the lot and bought mine. No order necessary. I guess i lucked out.

I didn't want the ones on the lot. I wanted a base RS1.0 with side airbags. I also didn't need one immediately, so I decided to order one so it arrives when I really need the car.

 

Northbrook Toyota/Scion of Northbrook, IL has had a tC Release Series sitting on the lot for at least a month now. Anybody who's looking for one....

 

The dealer I bought from had an RS 1.0 but with a pedestal spoiler and leather seats which i didn't want. So I held off on getting that.
