I tried search but didnt see one. When I wax my tc, do I wax on the clear bra also? How about the plastic part like the bumpers and the side mirrors? I need answer quick.. im drying my car right now.

 

you shuold wax the bumper and side mirror, but make sure not to wax the black plastic pieces. i'm not too sure about the clear bra though. hope this helps

 

Yes! wax your clear bra! I ve done mine several times. My only gripe is that you have to take your fingernail and remove where wax has gotten on the the edge of the bra. no big deal though.......

Basically you can wax anywhere thier is paint!

A tip on the bra - you can either wax everything, and then use a Q-tip with isopropyl alcohol around the edges to take off the white buildup, or you can just stop a bit short of the edges to take care of that. The installers told me sometimes they even use the blue sort of painters tape to mask that part off, but I'm not putting that on my car. But yes, definitely wax over it. The whole point of the clear bra is that you want to make the look as similar as possible to the rest of the car and the wax will help.

 

dont do anything else to the clear bra right? only wax? no polishing or anything like that correct?

 

Wax, polish, whatever. If you're doing it to the rest of your car, most likely you should do it to the bra as well. Just be light around the edges. The only thing I know you're not supposed to do to it is clay bar it, and even with that i think it's mostly that nobody knows what will happen, not that people know it will be bad.

Wax the bra and everything that is painted....
But like trong74 said, dont wax any trim (the black plastic pieces).
