Went to the Dealership TODAY!!! NEED HELP FAST......
I went to 2 different dealerships and at one of them they have 2 white MT TC's.
1. It had the Spoiler not the lip spoiler the big one, floor mats and mud gards and they would not go LOWER THAN STICKER! Asking 17700 + TTL and this is the Base model no leather.
2. Same thing as the first one with no spoiler, its a base MT but with side air bag i think it was 17 300 + TTL.
The second dealership i went to didnt even have a TC and they are asking for a BASE no options 16,500 + TTL. And if i get this one i have to wait 4 weeks to arrive.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? Any suggestions?

take it..
good luck getting them to cut anything off that price.
thanks to pure pricing i barely was able to squeeze the free floormats i got out of my dealer.
those prices they're giving you are what we all paid.
also, any options that aren't on the car now that you want can be purchased at your dealership later on. the prices you see on the scion website include installation. however, if you want to finance the options you're going to have to special order your car. otherwise you pay at the dealership.

I just purchased one. Good luck trying to haggle for a price. My wife told them we would wait until then. I wanted base model, then add the mods later. So, I didnt have to finance the mods. We then get a call within a few days and said our vehicle was in. My wife comes in and they announced that it had srs air bags. They made a mistake. We tried to haggle off the 650 bucks for it, but no luck. We told them we would wait but they say they werent going to get another one for awhile. Well my wife picked it up anyway, but the srs bags dropped my insurance alot. I had geico but it didnt make a diffrence with it. So, I took the advice of Scion Tc drivers on this forum that it was a wise choice to have it. Switched insurance to USAA and I only pay 429 a year on insuranse. What a diffrence with it. What ever you choose you will be happy. If its the color you want go for it. Test drive it see how that one drives. Or wait for the next one that comes in. If you like it, Take it. You wont regret it.

I am either trying to get the TC or the TYPE S. I really want the Type s but man its like 23,500 drive out. its a 6 K difference.

i went to my dealer knowing about the "pure pricing" with scions, but that didnt stop me from trying. It didnt get me too far though. tCs are in high demand, all the dealers i talked to acted like they were doing me the favor by selling me the car. So i got nothing for free. I was really pushing for a free sports steering wheel too.
Scion is a "No Haggle" dealership. If they haggle with you, they are breaking the rules, and risk losing the franchise.
This doesn’t mean some won’t haggle with you (can’t teach an old dog new tricks), but they are not suppose to.
Go to Edmunds.com and look at the difference between the MSRP and Invoice price of a base model. Only $40.oo, yes, $40.oo. Not a lot of haggle room there.

Dude, wait for it, get exactly what you want. Yeah, you have to wait a few weeks, but it will be worth it when you have exactly what you want. My tC is gonna be ready by saturday and it is going to be sweet! I have waited 3 weeks and now MY tC is finally coming in. My advice to you, don't settle for anything less then exactly what you want.

I hope everyone knows that there are 2 different invoices
1. which they can show the customer
2. is the invoice that the dealership actually bought it for (will not show you this one, only if you get lucky)
