My highway mileage is very good. Usually 29 or over. (I drive 75mph usually)

My city mileage is also very good. Typically 24+ which is right in line with EPA mileage. Mixed mileage typically above 26mpg.

Shift at 2.5K RPM. Easy on the gas pedal. Just enough gas to get you going. Cruise control set at no faster than 70 MPH. If you do these things and drive all highway, you can manage 32MPG. 27MPG driving all city. At least this has been my experience. That granny shifting makes all the difference. Try it for a full tank of gas and you'll see the difference.

Or I can drive like a jackass, stomp on the gas pedal, redline every chance I get, driving all city and get as little as 18 MPG. I've done that too!

I'm getting around 22-24 mpg now that i do mostly city driving, but i drive pretty moderately, lol. Back when i was doing mostly hw, it would be around 26-29 mpg.

No idea yet, the car is only three days old. But I can tell you this. The trip I took to connecticut the day I bought it cost only $38 in gas, and not almost $100 as it did in my van. It is a great day in My life!!! I'll post an actual number after the next fill up

I did notice a 4 MPG improvement by changing the recommended 29 psi rear to 32 psi. I now have 32 psi all around and it is the perfect combination of comfort and low rolling resistance (btw I have stock wheels and tires). Does anyone else have any good ideas for improving miles per gallon?

First tank I got 29, then 19, then 21, and 24... I don't gun the car or anything cause I usully don't go faster than 35 mph and it's still in the break-in period. Going from 29-19 though kinda had me worried. It's goin' back up now, though - so I guess that's good.

I get 25 mpg with 50/50 city highway, and 31-32 on highway only.

Well, first tank of gas got me ~28mpg. 2nd got me ~29mpg. Maybe 75% highway driving. I'm only on my 3rd tank so far.

I average 24 mpg, here in so cal., with mixed city & highway (% changes). I know I'm fine, since 24 is the leading vote getter. To those with, let's say 29+ mpg, are any of you from so. cal., which has some of the worst traffic imaginable? The most I've gotten from a tank was 28. All our cars should be capable of getting the same mpg, right? I mean, there's just a ton of variables. But I've still yet to see numbers like 32...

I read somewhere that Chicago (where I'm from) has the second worst highway traffic than Cali. And I even have to drive through a good portion of it weekly. I've been light on the gas though. More so that most people I think.

For those of you getting over 30MPG, what mods do you have: Cold Air intake? Exhuast? Headers? Also what do you keep your tire psi at?

maybe it also makes a difference what kind of roads you travel on? e.g., do you always travel on very hilly roads?
