Hey guys, so I am picking up my 2010 Scion TC at the end of this month, just waiting for it to arrive. Right away I am planning on putting in a Pioneer AVIC X-920BT into the car. Where do you guys usually mount the antennas and is it hard? Because I have to pay $200 for a professional installation, and I am thinking of installing the whole radio myself.

Is it hard to install and wire in a Scion tC?

 

Right on top of the center airvent at the top of the "waterfall". There even seems to be a little flat spot on the right side of it. Perfect spot for it to sit and be out of sight. I've never had a reception problem with mine there.

 

Does it look clean there? No wires and what not
