Tires are covered for 36 months from the date of purchase or until 2/32" or less of tread remains, whichever occurs first.
Repairs are reimbursed up to $25 per tire per occurrence.
During the first 12 months, you will be reimbursed for 100% of the original cost of the tire covered by the Tire Road Hazard Service Program, subject to the limitations set forth in the Program Certificate. Beyond the first 12 months, the reimbursable amount is calculated by a proration of elapsed time, not to exceed 36 months.
The following tires are not eligible for the Tire Road Hazard Service Program:
Competition tires
LT Metric sized tires
LT Flotation sized tires
Trailer tires
The following vehicles are not eligible for the Tire Road Hazard Service Program:
Any emergency service vehicle.
Any vehicle used for hire, commercial, towing, construction or postal service.
Any vehicle used for farm, ranch, agriculture, or off-road use.
Program is only available to customers living in the 48 contiguous States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, Canada and Mexico are excluded.
Additional exclusions and limitations are described in the Program Certificate.

Seems like a lot of work if i just need a tire patched/plugged

(toll free) for prior authorization. The Program Administrator will give you a claim reference number. You must obtain prior

4. The Program Administrator will verify your claim and participation in the Road Hazard Program, pre-authorize your tire
replacement, provide reimbursement percentage, and will then connect you to a Tire Rack representative so that you can
make arrangements to purchase a replacement tire.
5. You must purchase the replacement tire or pay for the repair. You will be reimbursed for the replacement as determined by the
Program Administrator pursuant to the Tire Replacement Terms below (not to exceed $399.99, plus ground shipping costs if
shipped from Tire Rack) or repair (not to exceed $25.00) of your tire, once all required documentation has been submitted and
approved.
6. You must sign the repair or replacement invoice.
7. You must submit a copy of your original invoice showing the purchase of the Road Hazard Program, and a copy of your signed

tire was replaced.

Well the TPS Sensor is on the rim. Not the tire. If your not switching rims shouldn't have to mention the sensor but I would just in case. Much easier to mention it then to wind up spending... what is it 400? After words.
Well, thank you guys for all the info. My order went through today so hopfully i get them by friday since i just found a nail in my tire and it has a slow leak ! I hate the @#$@ing city sometimes.
