Why is everyone waiting for AEM??
Personally if I would have a choice between the two I would always buy the Injen. They make good stuff that is dyno proven. They could try to keep it a bit cheaper though, cuz they aint cheap!
<<Not mee!!!
Waiting for the Injen CAI..I hear on most Toyota Engines they make the exhaust sound alot deeper..I've got the MagnaFlow catback and its gonna sound alot deeeeeper..
Lets GO INJEN!?!?!?!

an intake is an intake... little really differs between brands as long as they generally fit within the same category of intakes as short ram vs cold air vs ice box.
I personally am a fan of AEM not because of the hype but because they have a history of spending good amount of time developing their parts, prototyping, testing, then getting CARB exemption. They were one of the first to go through the trouble of getting CARB certified when other companies weren't bothering, and that shows me something about the quality of product and the legality is definitely a plus. Then ofcourse is the fact that since toyota dealerships carry AEM and toyota markets AEM as a co-op partner with the scion line, it may also be covered under certain warranty provisions if purchased with the vehicle as an option from the dealership or perhaps even covered by teh bumper to bumper of extended warranties.
Thats my 35 cents. hehe.

first of all the dealer is going to charge $425 for the blasted thing.
You can buy it for youself for $250 and install it yourself and pocket the $175. It is not hard to install.
