Default Will the dealer adjust my e-brake for free?

I've only had my car two months, or so, maybe going on three now. Anyways, I gotta pull my ebrake all the way up, way up to get the car not to roll. My apartment complex parking lot is kinda slanted, so I always put the ebrake on and put the car in first as a backup, but I dont wanna stretch the brake or anything. I also really dont feel like taking my brake all apart to get at the adjustment in the drum. The dealer is about 3 miles from my house so its no biggie to run over there and sit for an hour while they do it, but I'm broke.

So will they do it for free since it needs done already and I only had the car a few months?

I took mine to the dealer for that same thing, forgot the miles I had and there was no charge. You have a warranty for the car, use it. Now it's a few months later and I have to pull the e-brake way up again. I'm trying to see if I can hold out til I hit 3000 miles and use my a free oil change and have them adjust it then giving them a second chance. If the same thing happens again with the e-brake I'll just do it myself then.
