they will never put a v6 in that small car.. there's hardly room for the engine it has already... I point was the new I-4 that the new camry will get, hopefully it will be in the new tC. I doubt they will make a brand new engine just a few mod to the old one they have now to push out an extra 10hp out it. Maybe then it will be able to be a stock RSX in a race.. cause we all seen the video ..lol j/k (RSX have no troque, but they make up for it by being geared so well) like a motocycle lol

Anyway, with they extra power and added mod they offer we can bump up to close to the civic SI class without FI.

You mean the 2006 Civic SI right? Cause we are above the current SI.

260 hp sounds great, fellas, but I sure as hell hope that they still aren't using a FWD design. I think right now the TL is pushing the limits in terms of power that can be handled properly with FWD

Oh man... WHY? For what the tC is supposed to be, they're doing a great job. I'd much rather keep it the way it is than have the gas mileage get any worse. If they want to be smart, do something with the supercharger to get more HP out of it, then you've got your options, all with one engine. I'd totally take the supercharger, don't get me wrong, but When the hell do you need that kind of HP? Americans are really getting kinda nuts with this. Unless this new 260 HP tC comes with a 108 HP xA to drive during the day, I sure hope they don't make that change.

Actually the Pontiac Grand Prix GXP has 303 HP going to the front wheels without torquesteer, so I don't think that the limit has been reached.
