Default window problem

I can roll down my passenger window using the switch on that side, however
1. It won't go down or up automatically
2. I can't get it down from the driver's side.

what's going on? And yes I've played with the buttons on the driver's door.

I'm thinking it had something to do with the electrical things I was messing with and unplugging the battery?

Yes. Whenever you unplug the battery, you have to reset the windows.

I tried to search quickly for the how-to to reset it, but I couldn't find it right away. :o

It's easy to reset. turn the key to on and hold the power window switch for the drivers window in the full up position for 2 seconds or more. Then go the the passenger door window switch and do the same thing. That will reset the windows and they will work.

You will also notice your auto open feature for the moonroof won't work either. You need to reset this too. Hold the moonroof window switch in the close position for 5 seconds. That will reset it.
