anybody have any experience with harness eyebolts?

for some reason all but 2 of them fit...

they dont fit into these holes on both sides and i cant figure out why.



ive seen tc's with takatas before and these are the eyebolts straight from them so they should fit, i even ordered new ones, they came today, but still dont fit.

 

they're supposed to fit into the bracket not the bolt holes

 

well they didnt come with any nuts to put on the other side.
and the problem is i bought the driver and pass. side brackets at diff times.
the driver side has a place to mount the stock seatbelts, but i guess they changed the brackets design so the pass. side doesnt have any holes to put the stock seatbelt clip or the eyebolt into...
