Default Boston, streets of HELL, lowering tC

I just bought a tC two days ago and to be honest with you, the car needs a little drop in it to give it that "look" which I'm looking for. The problem is that the streets of Boston are probably the worst streets in the US. Theres damn holes every 2-3 feet and hitting them is inevitable.

I used to drive a 98 Accord with H&R Sports and Tokico Ill on some 18's. It was simply a headache for me because I had to constanly watch for holes in the road. It got to the point where sometimes I felt like not driving because it was such a hassle.

Now that I have a new car, I dont want to get myself into a similar situation since Im paying for the car myself (last car was gift from dad) and I want to be able to drive anywhere without a hassle. Since I was driving a big 4-door sedan before, I made myself believe that my ride was so harsh because I was driving a car that wasn't meant to be lowered.

Anyways, what Im looking for is people from Boston/New England/places with crappy roads to tell me their experiences driving with lowered tC's. Even better would be people that have the TRD springs, since that is what Im most interested in. I know that lowering the car affects the ride/comfort, but since the tC is a car that was made to be lowered, Im hoping that the difference between stock and the minimal drop of the TRD springs won't be so bad.

This will be my daily driver (I will be driving long distances due to work), and Im probably going to put some miles on it quick, so I dont want a harsh ride. Any replies would be appreciated. - The B1rdman

I've got the TRD springs and shocks and I don't find the ride to be too harsh, even on these terrible New England roads.

I won't drop mine, too rough around here. I just did the rear sway, may do the front to keep body roll under control.
