Default Bottoming Out.

Im new to the whole lowing cars scene. I love the look though. I am considering ordering the TRD springs when my car arrives. My question is for those of you who have the springs. I have a bunch of pot wholes, and steep driveways where i live. Have any of you had any problems with bottoming out? I just dont want the car to be too low to the ground and screw up my bumper pulling into my own driveway.

i have teins and it would be justa bit better (higher off the ground) w/ trd but u just have to drive a little differently and angle in for driveways. ive driven in rockford and my future sis in law has a driveway that i wouldnt dream of taking straight on but at an angle its all good

You just gotta take angles.

I have the TRDs, and I drive exactly the same way as I did with the stock springs. They really don't drop too much. My buddy's stock Camero is lower then my lowered tC.

it will be fine on TRD's. They only drop it 1.25". It will ride stiffer than stock though.

i got s techs and i bottom out occasionally. bottoming out is actually the least of my worries. hitting those curbs in the parking lot when i park is what i worry about the most.
