i just put on a stoptech stage brake kit, (rotors pads lines) and after it's all been said and done and installed, my brake light won't go off? does anyone know what that would be from? i pulled me e brake as far up as it would go then pushed it as far down as it would go and nothing

 

Low fluid level would be my first guess. Did you bleed the system well (bleed at all 4 corners) and ensure the reservoir was topped off when you were done? When replacing the lines, you not only allow air into the system but are also installing lines that dont have fluid in them.. so the fluid level will drop.

 

^ What that guy said. The brake light not only says when the ebrake is pulled, but also is sort of a fluid level monitor.

 

thanks guys. lock this one up! i don't have like any fluid left in there because we ran out it's like right at the min line
