brake pad change - no how-to? why?
The jackstands go where the scissor jack goes. MAKE SURE its lined up under the chassis and not under the body panel. But yea, those spots on the side are meant for jack stands and meant for scissor jacks.

ok so I just finished replacing all 4 calipers with drilled/slotted, and I painted the calipers black. only wee problemo is that now the e-brake light is on even when the car isn't... did I beef something? does it just need more fluid? uh oh...
Again, to clarify.. brake light. It is a multipurpose warning light.
Most of the warning lights come on when you turn the key on and should go off when you start the car.
Check these things:
1) Is the ebrake handle pulled?
2) Fluid filled to the proper point?
3) Did you remove the calipers completely to paint? If so, you will need to bleed the brakes. If not, there is no need to bleed the brakes.
