Buyers Guide: Scion tC Suspension
no. springs won't drop you enough to make you need a camber kit. a local alignment shop should be able to bring them back close enough to stock specs for you.
and for the dude w/ the 19s. if you want comfort, don't get 19s. smaller tire sidewall == rougher ride. and nothing that lowers you will give you stock ride quality. some are harsher than others, but thats about it.

hmm i dont wanna read the past pages, but is the springs chart up to date? I was wondering if there were any springs that go lower besides the s-tech and skunk being at -2.4 and -2.0. I want something a bit lower or something atleast an even -2.4 both front and back. peace
-thanks.
-thanks.
Right now i have the TRD lowering springs and i dont like the way it looks i want something lower i was thinking h-tech or hotchkis..... if i get either of the two will i have to get sway bars?? also iv heard of hotchkis rusting out after like 2 years is this true?

well thanks for the reply atleast, but coilovers are a bit too pricey for me. I know they are sexy as ____k, and very practical as in the option to change height and stiffness. But i only use my tc as a daily driver, and i already know what height i want. So hmm s-techs is basically it? -2.4 is perfectly fine but i want something even, as in -2.4 in the rear too. i guess ill just buy the S-techs then.
hmm nvr heard of em, im just browsing thru the site, seems cool. 400 bucks for something that turns yur struts into coilovers? i wonder how good are they. Seems promising enough they say life time warranty no excuses. Anyway rod how u doin? lol ill prolly ask u more about this later on aim.
I want to drop my tc pretty aggressively right now since im not gonna get a kit for a few years im trying to decide between the stechs, tanabe df210 or the KSport GT springs? which ones will give me the best drop? this will be my first major-ish mod
thanks
thanks

i have 18x7.5 with a 23 offset, with pulled, flared, hammered fenders with cut bumper supports with about -3+ degrees of camber and i still rub sometimes
well they're kinda different drops. do you want close to a 2" drop or a 1.5ish drop? and the hotchkis only rust if you live and drive around in places with a lot of road salt. i had my hotchkis on for 1 year and when i took them off, they didn't look bad at all.
