Default Eibach prokit drop, getting popping noise...

ok, so I installed a prokit a few weeks ago and everytime i go over speed bumps or take a corner real quick, the TC makes a terrible popping sound coming from the front struts, more on the right strut than the left. So when turning left, the popping sound can be heard clear as day! So, i check the 3 upper strut nuts and they are tight, took an impact gun and zapped the upper strut nut (the big guy in the middle) a few times, it only turned like a 1/16 of an inch, so im guessing it was tight. Getting ready to check the sway bar end link, maybe thats loose. Besides checking the obvious, im clueless! Any thoughts on what it could be? I might have to pull the strut back out and redo. DAMN! Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks!
