bryan, when i put it on first i didnt notice it it seemed like everything was nice and tight, but when i got it on i went to make sure everything was there ncie and snug and the bar moved, so my assumption is that the bushings are teh right size but the inner diameter is too large... wouldnt that make sense? although i called H&R and they said that those are teh bushings that where supposed to be with it (i gave tehm the numbers off of them and they checked out good) but what i dont get is why is it knocking? everything was installed correctly, jsut like teh factory sway

By "moving" you you mean vertically up-and-down within the bushings, rotating, or lateral (side-to-side) movement? Also, did you discover it before or after changing your endlinks?

yes vertical and lateral, and its not the endlinks because i can actually see the bar moving in the endlinks, and the endlinks you sent me went on the same time.

:? Did you ever take those pictures for H&R, because I would like you to PM them to me. Even with larger ID bushings, there should be zero lateral movement.

Try to get those pics to me, I really can't help you troubleshoot without them.
