Ok I saw a guy posted this along time ago. Well I thought I took the proper precautions and did it right centered it from a even point and so on... Well after 3 autox's later and alot of aggresive driving, here is my problem.

For additional pics check out the directory... http://72.41.41.139/images/swayproblems/
Now I torqued em down good had it centered and still it moved to the one side. I dont know if it is cuz the car is so low or what. Any suggestions im gonna be in contact with hotchkis soon.

The Direct links don't work, but the Directory does.
Didn't take m elong at all to DL each, 3 secs tops... and Auto-Resize is my friend.
Whole Lotta Rubbing going on there, Keith, not cool. Hopefully one of our fellow members or Hotchkis can help you out. Good Luck

Your pics made me curious. I just checked mine, they look worse than yours. The tie rod has a lip on it (visible in your shots) that is scraping on the outside of the bar. This doesn't happen at full droop, and I didn't investigate exactly where it does right now (will do this tomorrow on my vacation day). I also discovered the bar is getting chewed on the passenger's side by the subframe, even after pushing the bushing all the way back to be sure it cleared (I did check this on the install by using a jack to work the suspension with the car completely suspended on jackstands). It appears either we both botched the install, or Hotchkis needs to address this as a problem.
Did you use the slotted mount for the front or rear? I reread the instructions last night and combed them for anything I might have done wrong and discovered that they want the slotted mount on the rear. I have mine in the front. Unfortunately, there is no picture showing which is which until the last page of the instructions for the rear bar. It clearly indicates the slotted one goes in back. I'm changing mine today in hopes of making a difference.
I'm not especially impressed that Hotchkis called out the part for the front by part number but didn't put the part numbers on the part and didn't include a picture to ensure you got the right mount in the right place. I sincerely hope it makes a difference..

im actually surprised noone has noticed this before. it has nothing to do with the bar being centered and everything to do with the car being lower than stock. the tierod hits the swaybar when the steering wheel is turned to lock. my mechanic tried to get in contact with hotchkis but to no avail. they apparently dont want to deal with the problem. ive brain stormed it and the only solution i can think of is to put a spacer between the mounts and the chassis and then shorten the end links. i would suggest having someone help you find out how far you have to turn the wheel b4 the tierod makes contact and to avoid turning the wheel that far unless need be.

I got mine at an amazing price from http://www.mcgeorgeparts.com/ for $240 shipped! if you pick it up its like $219
btw how lower is your car?
and like keith said. these bars are amazing...i have no plans to remove them because of some rubbing. the stock front bar wasnt tubular on the ends like the hotchkis bar is and i have a feeling this is why. but it is really annoying and im hoping hotchkis mans up to it and solves the problem. being a race oriented company i know they got to expect you to lower the ride height to increase the cars stability.
