how can I tell if my Tein springs are h or s tech?

how can I tell if my Tein springs are h or s tech?

I got the car used, I can see where it says tien on the springs but idk what type they are...
can anyone help me out with this?

if they're green they are s tech's and if they're gold they are h tech's
