I am kind of under educated in the coil over department. How much better of a set up is this(performance wise, not convenience wise), than say just springs with TRD struts. I know they can be adjusted, but other than that, is there really a big benefit? Situation being in auto x

With the tein suspension, you are getting a full system that is made to work with each other... when you just add springs to your stock shocks, the stock shocks generally don't last, as they are not made to be driven with such low travel and load.
