18.8 tork revo rims with yokohama W4s 225/40/18 and im wondring if i get trd lowering springs will i rub?

 

What's the offset on the wheels? Sounds like you'll be fine unless there's some crazy offset.

Ya, that's kind of a low offset for that wide of a wheel. A +40 might be a bit better if possible, but it'll be close.

18x8 i doubt you will rub a lot

 

i have a offset of 38 or 35 i think and i have 235/40/18 and i dont rub except in the back when i have someone in the back and i hit a bump.

 

are yur tires skinner than mine?

 

235s would be wider

 

at worst over bumps with a pperson in the back minor rubbing with the wide rims,or big sub box even may being you low enough to hit,but youshould be fine with TRD springs.........normal driving you should be good....hard corners may bur in a bit at worst,jsut keep an eye on it

 

i had trd's w/ Tork Imagine's 18x8 +35 and didn't rub at all. I'm running 215's though.
i recently got some hotchkis w/ trd struts and haven't rubbed either so i think u should be fine.

 

i have 18x8 +32. I rarely rub in the rear. And if I do rub, its veryvery minimal.
