Default Im Pulling My Hair Out!!!!!!

Im constantly searching through scion life to find the right suspension setup for myself and every time I choose one I find something in the forums that cause me to doubt whether or not i should buy it. I looking for the smoothest, as comfy as they get ride. Im rolling on 18's so i know it won't be perfect. So this is it I've made this poll to finally pick a setup and follow thru. So people help me out and leave your pro and cons please

I have the Tein S-Tech springs with 215/40/17 wheels. I got exactly what I wanted
and that is a very stiff ride. That also makes it a very bumpy ride. My ScinergyGA
friend "BOXROD" has the Tein basic coilovers and his ride is so smooth. But they
cost over a grand.

that's my 2 cents worth

SS+P + EDFC

Oh, and the ride is pretty much not smooth and sometimes damn right uncomfortable....but that's if you're going through the ghetto with a street that hasn't been repaved in years. But for the most part, it's fine for me. My car does'nt sound like a car anymore anyway heh.

most people on here are...

TEIN ****** (no offense to anyone)

i dont believe anyone in here has tanabe. i was planning on getting theses but my gut says that its not gonna be that great. its gonna be a lil softer than the TEIN basics then they will work almost just as well.

the JIC's are going to be expensive for something you pay for. JIC will might not be the way to go. same with ZEAL.

B+G sounds great but seems very... hardcore. meant for teh people who wanna race adjusting bound/rebound.

progress is expensive but a great ride

basics are great too but they are a stiff from wat i hear.

what about ksport? check out the ksport thread in CC section.

wat are you looking for in suspension? daily driver? racing? etc etc

i rode my friend's bro's car which has tein basics. they are really smooth but still handle decent. its gonna be my next mod as i want a drop with a little stiffer suspension but its not overdoing at as the ride is still smooth.

TRD = Subtle, and enough that you won't feel like your scraping the ground! My 2 Cents.

I have had mine on now for about 8 months, even though TRD is not on your list.
