Yep! If all goes well, production should start by week end.

I shoulda held out on this sway, but I got my trd last year. At least I'll get to see it on your car and watch you own me on the track Dave

Hey Paul, what's the latest on the DG edition coilovers? Pending price, I might go bananas and get these.

bah, sell your trd sway and get this one! it isn't like you'll get a chance to buy this sway bar ever again, barring some private sale down the road.

The DG-Spec coilovers are going to take a bit to sort out guys. Please let us get the bars into production, and then we'll move to specifics on the coilovers. It might be helpful if we knew what you guys (and gals) felt a reasonable price would be. For a coilover at this level, it's not like we can offer you the junk pricing you can get from other vendors that have zero race development in their dampers.

Paul and I will continue to try to offer high-value on every DG-Spec part that comes out, but this will always be something that is not about how little you pay, but how much bang for the buck you get.

the only thing preventing me from getting coil-overs (aside from insufficient funds) is that when i do, i want to get them corner balanced to maximize the cars handling potential. so would it be possible to get such a custom order when dealing with such a limited production short run product?

I'm sorry. I have no idea what you're asking here. You corner balance your car (NOT the COs) at a race alignment shop. There's nothing you need to do to the coilovers themselves. The coilovers' adjustable spring perches inherently will allow you to set your cross weights to be equal, and any guy that does race alignments and balancing will know what to do.

Like Dan said, a race alignment shop is your best bet. Most chain places wont corner balance or even do non-oem alignments specs. I go to a guy that does both and charges less than a lot of them

I'm highly considering this, but I want to do some calculations. Is it possible to get the moment-arm of this bar? (Distance from bar center to endlink attachment points)

What calculation would you like? I have the roll stiffness increase numbers.

I think you should provide them regardless.

The chart was already listed in this thread. You're looking at ~75% stiffer than the off-the-shelf Progress bar. The moment arm has multiple different measurements as there are three sets of holes.

I saw the chart posted, but that only takes into consideration the diameter, no moment arm.

I know that considering the diameter alone (torsional rigidity=diam^4), OTS Progress is ~79% stiffer than stock and yours is ~200% stiffer than stock. I know that the moment arm contributes to the stiffness also, so I was wondering the range of stiffness over stock or OTS Progress including moment arm. Like from XX% stiffer in the outer hole to ZZ% stiffer in the inner hole. I'm just trying to get an idea of the range.

Sorry if that's confusing.

Not that confusing. We can provide this data, but it will take a couple days.
