Default knocking noice?

So the past couple of days ive noticed a knocking noise in my rear passenger side only. It happens every time i go over a speed bump or down a drive way fast. I checked to see if my lug nuts where loose so i grabbed a torque wrench and a bolt was totally loose
But that wasnt the problem. I havent had a chance to check out my struts lately. Im on htechs and my friend thinks it could be rubbing... But why would it rub on one wheel only?
Oh and i havent had my alignment done yet if that makes a difference lol

Anyone have any ideas?

Check the end links on your sway bar. Sometimes a loose end link bolt can be the cause of knocking.

yeah the first two things I'd check knowing that your wheel is on correctly... is the end links...and making sure that the spring itself hasnt slightly moved out of its seat. it's easy to tell with the wheel off if the spring has moved or not. there is a specific seat for it. Thats a somewhat common thing to happen especially if you are running lowering springs on the stock shocks. Because the stock shock has a longer travel than the lowered springs do. So if the shock gets extended say on a bumpy road, then the shock extends further than the spring...making it easy for it to move out of its seat. If this is the case... all you have to do with the car jacked up and wheel off...you can turn the spring by hand back into its seat.

how many miles are on the struts? It could be a strut starting to fail. ..also...check to make sure that the strut tower bolts are not loose... if that checks out and none of the other link components are loose... I would take it in.

I checked the top of the strut and all 3 bolts were not on very tight so i tightened them and im gonna double check the sway bar and any bolt that i could have missed under the car.
Hopefully tightening those will fix the problem.

And there stock struts on htech springs with about 17,500 miles. Its an 08
