Im not a ksport owner on my tC but I am on my nissan 240sx.... You may not have the springs settled correctly onto the coilover when you lowered the car down. That could be it...

Or... you have the bad gen version that is notorious for making noises like that.

as black cherry said... when you crank those little collars, make sure the spring doesnt have any room to move side to side or up or down.

Kinda like this... Same coilover pretty much just on my 240sx instead of a tC but the setup will be the same

hey man dont give up yet....

do you not have the means to remove and install them yourself??

its pretty easy to chech if they are tight....jack up the car and take the wheel off and look at it...if they dont seem tight to you then give a couple of wrenching....question tho....go to the front and check and make sure the swaybar endlinks arent binding on the front....

mine was and it was makng a popping sound....

^^^ what he said. i had that same problem with my ksports and new coilover's but make sure the sway bar link is nice and tight. i remember going through the same thing as you, you'll be ok, and trust me. you'll love the ksports in the end!

I have K sport coilovers and I had a popping noise on my right front. It was driving me nuts so I pulled the wheel off and it turned out the collar on the bottom of the strut was loose as well as the collars you use to adjust the height. Don't give up man they are a truly amazing product once they are dialed in correctly. :D

i dont have the means to install em and stuff myself because i dont have the tools to do so.. what i should have done is taken that 200 and gotten some tools to get the bigger bolts out and stuff... i still have to come back monday to have them take out the fronts and redo em and lower the rear... thats what i was thinking....with much less than 200 you could have bought the tools and di it yourself....but now just stick with it....and see if its the swaybar endlink popping on the coilover...
