Default Low-speed Front End wobble..

Low-speed front end wobble I have recently lowered my car 2008 tC. And after having done so I have begun to develop a shaking in the steering wheel
between second and third gear diminishing as I accelerate. I have already put new tires front and alignment and changed both CV joints.

Any ideas on what it could be?

When you replaced the CV axles did you use OEM axles or Aftermarket axles? I’m having the same issue from Aftermarket axles and I believe the issue to be torque wobble from not having a dampener on the Aftermarket CV Axle.
Still trying to fix the issue and my guess is to use the original dampener off of the OE Axle, that or I believe they make a torque dampener kit to fix the issue but they run for at least 150 dollars. So best bet would probably use original dampener off of the old CV shaft.
