lowering springs
this is probably the most basic, vague, and unnecessary question to be asked in a while, congrats.
it will be different, it will be stiffer and harsher, and you will feel the imperfections of the road more, and if you don't get aftermarket shocks to match the springs, it will be much bouncier as well.
If you don't want to change the ride, get soft springs, the TRD's only increase the springrate by 10% all around, the benefits come mostly from mating them with the TRD struts as well, but even then, they are just higher nitrogen strut bodies.

If people will LOOK HERE, they can clearly see the following statement;
Spring rate is increased 18% in the front, and 26% in the rear over stock springs.
