Default lowering springs advise

hey guys, I've done some research, looking at all your reviews on here and around the net, but looking for more feedback if anyone cares to offer.
im driving a BSP 09 tC, looking to lower on stock struts with my main choices of lowering springs of, trd, eibach, D2, tein stechs, and megan racing.
i have a setup with 2 12 inch kickers and a single amp on a wood frame in my trunk, so looking for something with less of a drop in the rear to compensate.
looking to end up hovering at or around 2" drop.
live in winnipeg in canada, so i got some bad streets to deal with and looking for something with a god ride (though i do realize that the lower i go the more i have to deal with it.
(on a less important note, my colour theme is white on black.)
any reviews/ advise/ votes/ suggestions would be helpful. thanks guys

Owning s- Techs, I would say go with them for a nice drop. Your system would lower the rear prolly About even with the front. But eventually you will probably want to go lower. Therfore I suggest saving a bit more and getting coilovers. Racelands and rokkor are affordable and good for DD.

thanks, yeah I thought about coilovers, but shes going to be parked fir the winter so i figured that theres not much point in getting the adjustability if shes just gonna stay low, and I've heard that coilovers generally give a rougher ride than springs.

^ comfort depends on the hieght of the ride and coilover brand. If you are just looking for springs then I still would suggest the Stechs. I've been ridin my Stechs on stock struts for 70k with no problems.

if you are like most of us on here, you will want to go lower. the stech is def a nice choice for a spring with the 2.5 and 2.0 drop. But like it's been said, i would just save for a set of coils. I am on racelands and have had zero issues with them. Plus, i can still go way lower than i am. I am hovering around the 2.5 mark right now.

Also, with the crappy roads, i hear that. Just be careful driving man, our roads here are horrible. You just gotta make due!

Stay with your popular brands like TRD, Tein, or Eibach. With what you have in the back of the car the springs will be more then enough and not cause spring sag. Don't cheap out on suspension. I vote Tein's.

i have TRD , it is only 1.25 inch drop. Our car have large wheel well in the front. The front will have more wheel gap than the rear on TRD. If i can do it over, i would pick Tein H tech, or Hotchkis

well I appreciate all the input guys, it seems the majority rules tein the best choice, but alot of people around here have tein, includin ym buddy whos dropping the same time as me, and of course, being a scion guy i gotta be different, so i went against his advise and most people here -_- and I did not get s-techs. I ordered D2s but they are backorrdered with a wait of 3-4 months, so I was told K-sport is basically the same product and owned by the same company, (with a VERY slightly lower drop) and went ahead with those, theyre more expensive, but I got them at teh same price as the D2s for the inconvenience = D (only about 20 difference, but still!)
so I'll be doing the install soon as I get them which should be a few weeks allowing for customs, and I'll probablypost a review and pic ortwo once thats all doe and I've ridden them a bit.
thanks again to you all.
