i forgot what the name of the part was. my uncle says its like a C-clamp. thats connected to your axle and tire. its for coilovers or springs so your tires wont get ripped apart. or grind in your fenders.

no its acually a part that you add to your car. i gotta ask him again then...
it adjusts your wheel so you dont mess it up or have it rub up against your fenders when your car is lowered.

your gonna have neg camber if your lowering it so it wont exactly fix your rubbing issues. Most of the rubbing issues deal with the offset of the wheels your running. Camber kits can get expensive too. I would only really look into it if you have a larger drop on the car.
