swapping springs back to stock

swapping springs back to stock
My tc was already lowered when I purchased it, and I'm trying to revert it back to stock height. I've been getting mixed answers, so hopefully i'll be able to have my questions resolved once and for all.
I took my car to a trusted mechanic to ask him what he'll need to raise my car. and he told me that all I need to purchase are the stock springs. But another friend of mine told me I'd have to buy the struts as well. So I'm asking you guys, which parts do i need to obtain? I want to buy everything used so that i can save a bit of money. Thanks for all your help, guys

Depending on the mileage and how many of those miles the car has been lowered, it may be beneficial to replace the struts as well as the springs. Struts are wear and tear part, springs are not.

It's an '06 with about 79k on it. I do commute a lot i bought the car used in '08, so i'm not sure when the previous owner had the car lowered. After reading a previous reply, i'm guessing that my struts should be replaced too. So i'm wondering if yo guys are selling the springs with the struts? I'm sorry, i'm just new at all this and am sort of lost. I've done a bit of research through this forum and googling other things though. So i'm trying haha
