Default Need Help, question about part needed

Ok so here is where I need help, I just had some lowering springs put on my car. Now I need to have the cars wheels alligned. The front isnt the issue, the shop said though that they cant adjust the rear camber (hoped I spelled that right) because the tC doesnt have an adjuster for that. They told me I have to buy a replacement part for both rear wheels that will allow the rear camber to be adjusted. Because now the wheels lean the top leans in and the bottom leans out.. its not bad but without correct this will eat up my tires over time.. what is this that I am needing? anyone know? and where do I find it. thanks in advance.

Thanks,
-R

Go to a different shop. My rear is dropped 2.0" and I can have mine aligned OK. They are not 100% in spec, but they're still good.

Which lowering springs did you buy?

They are Hotchkis, the shop is saying it has to be adjusted with the camber otherwise the wheels wont stay alligned correctly.

Don't quote me on this, I may be wrong, but maybe he was talking about camber links?

Hotchkis sells camber links to adjust your camber a few degrees to help when you lower your car (improves tire wear and such). Here is a link to the part on TRD Sparks. Hopefully this helps.

yeah, you really don't need chamber adjustments like the hotchkis once on trd sparks unless you are greater than 2 inches droped.

also, print these out and take them with you so they can see how to adjust the alignment

the springs dropped the car down by about two inches, yeah i think he was talking about the adjustable links. I saw the ones on TRD Sparks, I will check with someone else I know who works on cars and has the same springs on his tC and see if he had any issues... i just dont want to ruin my tires they are not that old at all and cost a good amount.

Thanks,
