and even if i get it fixed part of me thinks that they are just going to do it again...if it does happen again, and i find out who...they aren't going have and tires with air or windows with glass...

Depending on your deductible, I would go through them, because that is going to cost a pretty penny to fix right. Pretty much going to have to paint that whole side of the car

just fork out a little extra cash on your side and get something thats not OEM.
