Default Possible Blown Strut ?

SO I have TRD Shocks and Lower Springs. I autox and track my car id say very often but havent been within the past few weeks (last time was in Jan). My Right rear shock has began to rub my tire and chip off a little rubber, everytime i make a hard left(Body weight gets thrown to the right) or everytime I hit a bump on that side. I dont think its blown cause no fluid or anything is coming out but Im not too sure what else could it be

ANy suggestions ?

I was under the imperssion that if it was blown, it wouldn't move in it's normal fashion. When at a stand still, the only thing really supporting your car would be the spring, so you could go and bounce on the car and see if it sways or bounces like it was on springs, you could assume that the shock was blown.

Or I could be thinking of this wrong and be really confuzled... which isn't that uncommon lately.

Does anyone make aftermarket end links for the Sway bar....When you set the Hotckis rear to stiff, I cant seem to get alot of threat on the bolt. Plus now with severe driving and the beefer rear sway, i would asume that the end link would become the weak point.

not to my knowledge, I know exactly what your talking about But i assume hotchkis has thougth of this and assumed it was acceptable for the way its setup. ill take some pics on how mine looks see if compares.

pretty sure the TRD shocks are gas shocks, therefore, you wouldn't see any fluid leaking. what you might hear is a high pitched whistle/squeak/squeal sound as the gas is escaping from the shock. ...which is what i think i have with my TRD shocks/struts (check my thread).

you should get in touch with otacon, he knows alot of stuff about suspension.

as for my own theory, could it be that will all the auto x'ing that your suspension has gotten softer? how long have you had the suspension on the car?
