+1 There are plenty of cheapo performance suspensions (racelands, stechs, htechs) out there to completely over lower the car already. What we need is more options for good performance based setups.

The ss-ps are great IMO, but would be better if they ran koni quality double adjustable dampers and US made tighter tolerance springs like hypercoils. There would be more consistency in the spring rates with those. I am already tossing ideas around about mix n matching parts to build a set of coilovers with parts like that.

not possible for this reason:

you are right...they dont make coilovers anyway...the koni challenge balts used Pedders coilovers which are based off of koni shocks (i believe)

If they are serious, they should be able to design a good one. But for some reference, I would ask for a bar with 2-3 settings with the softest being about the same as the trd race setting. The stiffest setting would then most likely be to stiff (too much oversteer) for most people on a daily driver, but should work well in autox. The middle setting would be a bit more agressive than the trd but still streetable. Obviously not near a stiff as a hotchkis rear bar since you then need a front bar to keep handling balance in check.

But, with the TRD and progress bars out there, it may be hard to find a good place in the market unless the price is right.
i understand this...and i will pass along this info....hopefully they will be able to be below the price line (hopefully around TRD price but with all the adjustablity and benefits of chromoly)

talk to me about what options you want for performance/race based suspensions... they dont make coil-overs they do more of fabricating parts....i can say that every bar/or whatever we come up with will be hand built and welded...so hopefully the QC will be unbeatable....

Yea that is what I want, I used to be into slamming the car even though I am on trds, I had always planned on getting coilovers to go pretty low. Now i want something that will give me a drop alittle lower than trds but are stiff and handle well. I am starting to save for ss-ps right now.

Do you happen to know what the spring rates are on the TRD coilovers?

I wanna see some control arms, fronts that will allow more adjustability and still gain the right amount of rollcaster so that we can slam our cars a bit more. how bout ball joints and tie rod ends for the ones getting more serious into racing ? endlinks that hold up. I would be interested in buying all of those parts if they were available. I loved my teggy my suspension set up looked like a clown built it cause of all the bright colors. I am sure the suspension can be altered a lot to get better steering response.
