Anyone know roughly how much the local dealership might run me for TRD springs, purchase and install?


I gave my parents two rod stewart tickets that I had won at work, and so now I'm gonna see if they'll possibly kinda pay me back with some springs...

all depends on dealer... some dealers charge $500+ just for installation. Clair Scion charges $122.5 because they sponsor MA ScioNRG.

Your best bet is to ask...

 

my dealer charged me $75.00

 

$75?? did that include an alignment?

 

I wouldnt think it inlcudes alignment since your supposed to wait a couple weeks before getting an alignment done...

 

got a quote for $500 labor only. went to a local shop and got it done for $100.

 

my dealer told me 500 when I asked a while ago, decided against them though, but I wouldnt have gone to them after that if I had gone for it.

yes it was i was told by my dealer that i get a free alingmet with trd springs. oh and the reason it was cheap was cause im a sales man there.

A dealership rates springs like they are replacing the struts which is about an hour per corner giver or take. I think we charge somewhere in the $250-$300 range. If you have someone that really knows what they are doing at a good shop it shouldn't take more than about 2 hours actual time.
