Yea, you can get the stock lugs off without taking off the hub.

However, here is an update with my issue:
Spent about 2 hours working on one of the hubs a few weekends ago. I used a ton of PB Blaster along with a pry bar and big hammer. I took everything off from around the hub to have plenty of room. Despite all that, it still wouldn't budge. This thing is seized on there good. I don't even know if a hub puller slide hammer will work.

I am starting to consider taking it to the dealership or a shop and seeing if I can get them to bust the hubs loose for me. I don't trust other shops to work on my car though. I guess I could try a hub puller and give it a shot.

I would imagine a hub puller to work. You will probably want one with a large slide hammer. I think you could hammer it to kingdom come with a regular BF hammer and just damage the hub to no avail.

Post updates for us as I may just pick one up for future use.

im surprised no one suggested using a heat gun... heat makes things expand.. heat it up, then smack the isht out of it with a RUBBER mallet.

Heat around the sensor, brake lines, etc isn't always a good idea...

i posted at the bottom of the first page, you need to get a hub puller and a heavy slide hammer bolt it to the hub and slam the sht out of it. my hubs were rusted too, and i got it off.

that's true, but you don't have to put that much heat around it, considering those are brake lines, they go through a lot of heat.

just heat up the center then you can do dave's method. lol
