rubber coil

up until a few days ago i saw a rubber piece that went around the spring for $8.99. Any idea what it's called, and what it does? i just can't seem to locate it anymore.

I think it help the spring from making noises.

Its a coil spring isolater. Its main purpose, unless someone else knows, is to keep the coil spring from making noise against the pocket.
