Default Springs and Struts

I have the Hotchkis Strut currently installed on my tC, and I'm planning on putting on the TRD springs. Question is, would I have to replace the struts as well? It's only a few days old, but it would probably be another month before I put in the springs.

Do you have to replace the struts? No.

Should you? Yes.

It's the one that you get from the dealership.

Also why is it that we need to replace it? The ones I've talked to didn't really explained why.

A strut brace is a add-on peice and doesnt need to be replaced. People will argue about whether you need one in the first place. I say no because the struts are already supported by the firewall. Thats my opinion
