Default stabilizer end link movable by hand?

reason i'm asking this is that i've been getting some suspension noise from going over small bumps. it sounds like something is loose. i noticed the thread about loose suspension bolts so i raised my car and check all bolts. everything looks tight, but i don't have a measured torque wrench so i really don't know. however, my question is.....is the stablizer bar end links movable by hand? both of mine is easily movable...like twisting it left and right with just my hand. i thought they were suppose to be tight. let me know what you guys know. thanks.

yea.. there's gonna be a little play in it. much more if you're still on the stock sway.

as long as the bolts that hold them in are all tight, you're okay there
