Default Stiffen up car, with out dropping car.

I want to stiffen up my ride , I read that the front strut tower bar, is mostly cosmetic. I am thinking of putting the trd rear sway since it is easy. But will I really notice a difference?

You should notice a difference with the strut brace on front, and under the rear. Of course, the rear brace will do more.

^ i really hope that you meant sway bars. Strut bars do very little, and is would be unnoticeable. sway bars are what you want to give you better handling. You can also get some new shocks such as koni's that are adjustable to give you a stiffer ride. However there are no direct replacement high performance shocks at this time besides TRD

I'm basing this on the difference I noticed in my last car by adding a rear strut tower brace.

I'm no expert here, but I did notice a big difference with the strut brace added. I don't know if it's the same with the front brace, since I've never had one--I'm just assuming.

sway bars, strut bars, underbody braces. all these will stiffen your car without lowering it. there are other options too that are too costly and not practical unless u plan on racing your car.

Front and Rear strut bars help. Not a huge improvement but it does stiffen the chassis a bit. The most dramatic improvement is the rear sway bar. If you want the rear, I suggest the TRD since it is cheaper. If you want the front and rear together, opt for the Hotchkis sway bar set.

I think I will get the rear since the front is a pain.
Thanks

In terms of a rear sway bar, and front for that matter, which one is the best?

Front strutbar makes a huge difference. Too much misinformation on the net

I felt a big difference after putting my Tanabe on.
