Default Tein H-techs .. Spring popped outta place??

I have Tein H-techs on my tC w/ 18" rims .. on my front left spring .. the bottom of the spring is not sitting correctly on the strut .. it also makes noise now .. what can i do and who is to blame? i just recently had a set of 18s put on .. i know im prolly just gonna take it back to the shop that installed the springs and have them fix it .. not sure if i should pay for the repair .. i dont remember hittin a hard enough bump to make the spring move .. the spring has only just recently started to make noise and the springs have been installed on the car since august .. not sure what to do ..

the bottom of the spring is noticeably off center on top of the strut mount .. makes a hitting sound when ya go over a bump and also rubs when ya turn your wheel all the way to the left and right .. and also makes a little sound when ya go back and forth w/ your steering wheel during driving .. im just gonna go to the place i had the springs installed and see if they can just uninstall the strut and move the spring into the correct position .. i was gonna have it done today but its a stupid holiday .. oh well .. gonna try to have it done tomorrow .. not sure if i should be payin for this ..

simple problem ... simple solution .. when the car is jacked up .. the front end suspension dangles .. the springs are very loose on the strut .. aftermarket springs are shorter then stock .. so whenever someone jacks your car up like that .. make sure the springs are in the correct position before they put the car back down .. cuz that was the only problem .. someone moved the tires while the car was jacked up therefore moving the spring into the wrong position .. the guy at the shop just moved the spring back into the correct position on both sides and i have no more odd noises comin from the front end .. the rear end is different .. the springs dont dangle .. so no problems w/ them movin at all .. im still gettin coilovers to take care of the clearance problem up front .. i may even do a temporary fix and put some sort of shim or spacer below the front springs to jack up the car a 1/4 or a 1/2 inch or somethin .. to tide me over till i get the coilovers .. cuz thats really all i need .. a little bit more clearance on the front end ..
