dont do it. thats what everyone will say.

I believe the springs are designed to compress more in certain areas, and when you cut them it screws everything up.

I'm not sure exactly what this would cause, but from what i've read, it can actually be pretty dangerous.

Someone correct me and send him in the right direction if I'm wrong.

ok so lets get this straight you cant wait a month for your check to come in to buy the springs? you went this long with it not being lowered just wait and then do it. cuz we all know that if you cut the springs and it looks good you'll never use the money to do it right. So just wait

and what if you do decide to cut them and eventually get lowering springs then something comes up and you have to switch to stock ones.....all im saying dont do it but it your choice and your life

And uninstalling and reinstalling twice in a month's time is just too much work. Hold your horses and wait till you get the money.

it is very hard to cut identically the same amount on each spring. Also, the stock springs are soft and need the entire length of the spring to work properly.

If u still decide 2 cut'em get ready 2 replace the spring and struts later

car will bounce like crazy, when you break, the front will dip and swerve alot.

id personally wait for the real springs with the proper spring rate.
