Default Turning problem

Hello, I have a problem with my 2005 Scion TC. It makes noise when turning only right, but not left. The noise happens when turning while moving and while in park. I have had a mechanic check the whole front end for wheel bearings, CV joints and shocks/struts and they said it was ok. What could the cause of this this noise be?
Link of the sound is below:

Thank you for your help!

EDIT: Made youtube video public

I can't watch the video, it says its private. Any time there is noise while turning, 99% of the time its a wheel bearing. I need to hear it though to tell you.

Was the car lowered? I've driven lowered cars before where when turning the springs would pop and make a sound like that.

sounds like a binding front upper strut mount causing the spring to make that popping noise.
